Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with Delicious Miss Dahl. By confirming an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Ordering

All orders are made to order and subject to availability.

  • Orders can be placed via Facebook, Instagram, email, or other agreed communication.

  • You must confirm all details (flavour, size, theme, allergies, etc.) at the time of booking.

2. Payments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be made by the agreed date before collection or delivery.

  • Payment can be made via [e.g. bank transfer, PayPal, cash – specify your methods].

3. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations must be made in writing as soon as possible.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. If your order has already been started or purchased ingredients, a partial refund may not be available.

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed, especially at short notice.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking.

  • While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, all cakes are made in a kitchen that handles allergens such as eggs, milk, wheat (gluten), nuts and soy.

  • We cannot guarantee any product is 100% allergen-free.

5. Collection & Delivery

  • Collection is from [insert area or address in Frome or say “Frome, exact location provided upon booking”].

  • Local delivery may be available by prior arrangement and subject to a delivery fee.

  • Once a cake has been collected or delivered, we are no longer responsible for any damage caused in transit or handling.

6. Storage & Consumption

  • Cakes are best stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Cakes should be consumed within 3 days for optimal freshness.

  • Some decorations (e.g. sugar flowers, toppers, wires) may be non-edible and should be removed before serving.

7. Photography & Promotion

We reserve the right to photograph your cake before or upon collection/delivery and to use those images for promotional purposes (e.g. on social media or our website).

If you do not wish your cake to be photographed or shared, please let us know at the time of ordering.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any damage to cakes once they have left our premises, nor for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, illness, accidents).
